- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible. As part of my work I deal with numerous insurance companies on a daily basis, American Service Insurance is definitely high among the WORST in service. In order to get a status update on a claim, I recently had to spend almost 2 months calling weekly and leaving voice messages just to finally have the rudest representative (a supervisor no less) call back to pretty much complain about my calls. If I had to choose coverage from an insurance company I would never choose this one.July 20, 2017by A.
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We are a very Large Commercial account with this company. The hold time is out of control when reporting a new claim. They keep repeating the music, and just continue to keep you on hold for up to an hour at times.
